Regardless of your pricing tier, all Pope Tech accounts include:
- Unlimited websites. You can have as many websites in your account as you want, as long as they are all websites owned by your organization and are for your organization (*if you are a reseller or an agency please contact us for pricing).
- Full access to manage pages. You can choose which pages from your websites count against your unique page count. You can choose to add the whole website, or you can choose to include or exclude specific directories or pages.
- Unlimited users. You can add as many users as you want to your account and choose which groups/websites they can access and what permissions they have (e.g., view only, view and scan, etc.).
- Unlimited scanning. You can rescan your pages as many times and as often as you want. You can scan on demand, scan at scheduled intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), or do both.
- Fully supported. We work with you to onboard your websites, set which pages to scan, and provide training and ongoing support for your key user(s). We also have a growing repository of videos and support documentation.
If paid annually all pricing tier's include:
- Accessibility Help Desk. Your key user(s) can submit accessibility questions about errors and alerts reported by Pope Tech from within the platform and receive Tier 1 human Accessibility Guidance.
